Welcome to RoDOTs training, where you will collect the human emotional ingredients of conflict so you can become a resilient, fully realized robot. The best way to learn is to place you in a simulated human environment where conflict occurs. Humans experience these situations  ALL THE TIME! 

Now, don’t confuse D.O.T. for the Department of Transportation training modules. This simulation is a human emotional transit system where you will learn to Deepen, Orient, and Transform – D.O.T. when you encounter conflict. This simulated conflict is in an environment that humans experience almost every day in major cities: riding the subway.
